Order
To order an item, you must select the size, color (if applicable) and model from the available options and add it to your shopping cart using the "Add to Cart" button.
Once your shopping cart is full, you can proceed to checkout and order the items during the checkout process. You can also see which items are already in your cart. Only by clicking the "Order Now" button will you place a binding order.
Information on the different shipping and payment options can be found under Questions about Payment and Delivery.
Orders can only be placed through our online shop. Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders by phone. It is important that you provide us with a valid email address so that we can keep you informed about the status of your order.
After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This ensures that we have received your order. Please also check your spam folder for incoming emails.
Should you not receive an acknowledgement of receipt, please feel free to contact our customer service .
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service by phone, email or contact form.
Once an order has been placed, it is unfortunately not possible to add further items. If you still wish to order additional items, please contact our customer service and have your order cancelled. Afterwards, please send us a new order with the desired items.
Payment & Vouchers
Credit card:
During the checkout process, select credit card as your payment method. Our credit card partners are: VISA , MasterCard , American Express , and JCB . With credit card payments, your card will only be charged when the goods are shipped to you. In the event of a return, the amount will be credited back to your credit card account.
PayPal:
Paying via PayPal is easy, fast, and secure. To use this payment method, you need a PayPal account where you link your bank or credit card details. You can then pay simply by entering your email address and password. Your PayPal account will be debited directly with the corresponding amount, and you will receive a payment confirmation via email.

The entry of your personal data on mode-loening.de is, of course, carried out via a secure, encrypted connection. The transfer of payment data to the respective service providers is also carried out via encrypted connections.
Once your credit card is authorized, it will be charged immediately. You will then receive a confirmation email from us informing you that your order has been successfully completed. However, if the authorization is not granted, your card will not be charged.
If your bank or credit institution has not approved the payment, simply contact the bank or card issuer.
Please note that even in the case of an unauthorized payment, some card issuers reserve the amount for a short time and the amount will be temporarily unavailable to you.
The discount code can be entered at checkout. Simply enter the code in the designated field and confirm.
Important: The discount code must be entered before completing your order – discount codes cannot be applied retroactively. Only one discount code can be redeemed per order. Some codes are only valid for selected items, and most are only valid for a limited time.
Delivery
Shipping costs within Germany:
The shipping costs for standard shipping within Germany are €4.90 .
Free shipping within Germany for orders over €99 .
Shipping costs for other countries: via DHL Standard
Austria: €12.70 (2-4 working days)
Switzerland: €20.80 (2-4 working days)
EU countries: €12.70 (2-7 working days)
Overseas: €30 (5-10 working days)
Delivery within Germany usually takes 2-4 days .
Deliveries outside of mainland Germany (islands, Halligen, Helgoland) may take 1-2 days longer.
Deliveries to Austria and Switzerland take 2-4 working days .

Your order will be shipped via our shipping partner DHL. Once the package has been handed over to DHL, you will receive an email from our logistics partner with the corresponding tracking number to track the status of your shipment.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer express shipping.
Once we have shipped your goods and handed them over to DHL, you will receive an email from us with the corresponding tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.
You can specify a different delivery address during the ordering process under "Address".
Alternatively, this is also possible at any time in your customer account.
You must be registered on the DHL Packstation website to have your order delivered to a Packstation. Please include your Packstation number and your Post number in the address supplement field of your delivery address.
Large packages that do not fit into your rented parcel locker may need to be picked up at a Deutsche Post branch or a DHL Express station.
Returns
Within 14 days of receiving your order, you have the option to return or exchange items free of charge . However, this right applies only to unworn, unwashed, and undamaged goods with all tags attached. Returned items must be sent in a single shipment. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from the same order at different times.
Even discounted items can be returned or exchanged.
Please note that we can only accept returns of products that are sent back in their original packaging. Shoes will only be accepted if they are returned in their original shoe box.
If you receive goods without a label, please contact us immediately by email or telephone.
For returns of goods from abroad, you bear the direct costs of the return .
With your delivery, you will receive a return slip and a prepaid DHL return label for returns within Germany. Please complete the return slip to ensure a quick and easy return process. You have two return options: Please either use the enclosed DHL return label for returns from Germany, or drop off the return free of charge at a LÖNING store. The receipt you receive from the shipping provider serves as proof of your return and should be retained in all cases.
Take advantage of our simple, free service and drop off your return at our store! Please note that dropping off your package at the LÖNING store does not constitute a legal right to a refund or replacement. We simply acknowledge receipt of the package with the corresponding order number. The actual processing of your return, i.e., checking for completeness and the condition of the goods, will only take place in the returns department of the online shop.
Please note that it can usually take up to 14 days between the receipt of your return and the refund process.
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive an email notification regarding a credit note. The refund will always be issued via the original payment method you used to purchase the goods from us.
When paying by credit card, the refund process depends on the specific credit card and is issued to the credit card account. The refund to your linked bank account typically occurs within two credit card statements. If the recipient of the products specified in the order does not match the buyer, the debited amount will always be refunded to the buyer and cardholder.
Exchanges are only possible for the same item in a different size. Exchanges for a different item are not possible.
Please contact our customer service to reserve the item in the desired size, provided it is still available.
For exchanges, please indicate in the information box on the return slip that it is an exchange. Please do not check the box for a return.
The item will be sent to you as soon as the item to be exchanged has been received, checked and classified as flawless.
Products & Inventory
Should an item be delivered faulty or develop a defect within the warranty period, you can return the defective item to us as a complaint. Please inform us in writing of the defect. We will inspect the item and then contact you to discuss further steps.
Please note that we must inspect the defective item in its original form in every case, and photos are not sufficient for a complaint.

The navigation menu includes a "Brands" tab where all brands are listed.
Technically
If you can't remember your password, simply click on "Forgot your password?" on the login page and enter your email address in the field. We will then send you an email with a link to create a new password. If you haven't received the email, please check your spam folder. Please also check any other email addresses that might be associated with your LÖNING account.
At the very bottom of the newsletter, you will find a link to unsubscribe. If you have a customer account with us, you can of course unsubscribe at any time under the "Newsletter" menu item and will then no longer receive any newsletters. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service.
